    Sometimes you get useless glyphs, sometimes you get these.. Sell it to merchant.

    I get those from Sabex boxes once in awhile.

    it's the old lightning trap glyph that increased the damage of fireblast for a few seconds. using it and then immediately cancelling it by moving would still give you the glyph effect, and was coined the term "LTC", or "lightning trap cancel" back in the day.
