Character issue
so i had a character level 15 and above on fey forest but it doesnt show up in character transfer, even on the server select screen it shows my 10 in av, 2 in mt, 1 in tr but doesnt have the (1) for ff, i tried leveling another char to 15 on a different account and its the same thing.

When transferring a character to another server, the following restrictions apply:
Character must be level 15 or above.
Maximum of 50,000 Gold can be moved with the character.
You must have an open character slot on your destination server.
Character must not be in a guild.
Character must not have any items posted on the broker.
Character must not have any unread mail.
Character must not have any items in his or her inventory or pet bank that are bound to a different character.
Character must not have any non-transferrable items in his or her inventory or pet bank. You can find a list of non-transferrable items here.

(I don't know, but it may also be that EME only wanted to extend the free transfer to existing FF characters, and not new characters created for the purpose of migration.)
Same happened to me I forgot some items on the bank and after I moved my 3 alts to AV I went back to FF created a new alt lvl-ed her to lvl 16 and when I looked at the Server Transfer list it still show that I have the 3 alts that I already moved over and can't see the new one. I sent a ticket to Support but have yet to hear anything..so I guess you're right on that the FREE transfer Is ONLY for the current alts and not any new ones....and that the server/characters list will refresh on Tuesday when the update hits.
well you see thats the thing. my buddy made a fresh char yesterday on ff, leveled it and transfered it. but the issue is it does not even show up as existing in the server select screen, like it would show av(10), mt (2), tr (1) but at ff it shows no char existing at the server select screen and then when you log the server you will see the char. how ever in the transfer page it also shows old chars i either deleted or renamed.
if you say so, i literally just went to the server transfer window in account settings, click to see more restrictions, then copy pasted lol
it does say so:
- Minimum Level: 15
- Maximum transferable gold: 200,000
- Transfers only available FROM Fey Forest, TO Ascension Valley
- Additional character and bank slots do not transfer
