Server Transfer Chracter Lists Won't Refresh

I have toons on Fey that won't show up on the list. I've relogged both here and in game, and it's been over 24 hours. I'm worried that it won't refresh before Tues. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Yup, I've had this problem as well. One of my toons in FF won't show up on the list, it's no major lost to me since their only lvl one.

    Same here. And not only that - that same character, which I created more than 24h ago, doesn't count towards amount of the characters on Fey Forest, on the server select screen.

    I'm having the same issue, the character list shows the character which i deleted days ago instead of my current character in FF

    Same, been having this problem for a while. Need the character list updated to move a character to a different server. Normally support helps you with it, but they normally just help you with a certain character that you need to transfer, the rest of the list is still not updated.

    I have had the same problem since friday. We only have like 20 hours left to transfer out and the list is still inaccurate. this really needs to be fixed now.

    I sent in a ticket on Friday about the character lists. The server list is frozen in time, like a snap shot image after the merge. All characters have been moved to AV, but still listed under FF. And regardless of what server I was last playing on, every time I log on, I go straight to AV, each time.

    Any character created after merge on FF, doesn't show up on list. Guess they don't want new creations transferring for free.

    I having a lot of issues with server transfer as well. One of my toons it says needed a rename. I renamed it a few days ago. Yet the list still shows the old name. Because of that, it won't let me transfer her. It also won't show 2 of the toons that I created and leveled up a bit over the weekend. I do not like the pvp server. I want to move. I liked highwatch for the pve.

    So now I am stuck. Very annoyed.

    That's odd, it made me rename my toons too, but even though they didn't update on the transfer page, I could still transfer them by clicking on the old names.

    I spent all morning trying to bypass all the restrictions and get out of Fey. With only a few minutes to spare they all seem to have been moved now. As long as the item and broker restrictions were met the level and character name problems ended up not preventing the transfers, at least for the last 30 minutes. If you see this before maintenance Try again real quick with a clear brokerage, no restricted items and no parcels to claim. it may finally let you move.

    even after the maintaince my character still displays level 1 and i cannot move it from MT to FF.
