I have been playing TERA since 2012, and for the most part Jerelyn stays at her stand with really no use... Was wondering if there were any plans too make something out of her and her little cute store in Velika.

This is Jerelyn, The Commodities Manager. Her job is to receive and manage packages that go in and out of factions around the world of TERA. This includes repeatable reputation quests from Jax, Hands of Velika, and rarely the Unified Theory Institute. This was all she was planned for and nothing more. She is still used for the same quests to this date, her role has never changed since P2P launch.

Otherwise, what you might be interested in is the merchants lurking around the North Gate of Velika. These merchants were to be used to sell special & uncommon items such as food and enchanting items. These items were later merged with the General and Specialty Merchants.. So now these merchants stand alone telling you what they want to sell with no option to purchase anything.
She's an Elin, so drop the "kinda".
Like for example, it could be decorated w/ all these cool things you can find in the emp store so when you enter her shop, an automated window Pops up w/ just as it does if you were to click on TERA store tab

She's used as a completed reputation quests claimer, she manages reputation quests. She isn't standing around for nothing.
Ok, I understand that, but i meant more along the lines of a bigger role. Since her location is perfect for something they can bring that I'd think contribute positively toward the game.
That sounds like a good idea for the abandoned merchants that stand close to the abandoned Velika Guild Halls. I heard that BHS has an idea to give purpose to this area in the means of guild housing, and probably bring back sky castles in a new way of obtaining them.
