TERA on Mac

Will they every introduce TERA to Mac/OS? I have a Macbook and I am really intrigued in this game, however I cannot get it.

There are major differences between PC and Mac that a lot of things cannot be ported to Mac. Mac uses more of its hardware to give the best performance for Mac-made programs, so they could sell it as a "High Class" product... But, when it comes to installing things that are not made for the Mac, you're going to be out of luck. Whatever you downloaded won't run to it's full extent that it was made for (performance or cannot boot), and it will be needing a lot of certain files to read certain data that the PC would have, but the Mac is missing. Mac is made for more... business related tasks (kind-of, don't take my word)... It's made to do what it was built to do, but not to do outside tasks. PC gives you options to work around this, like installing outside programs, and upgrading it's drivers/software because it's built to work with all kinds of drivers and other hardware.
So I wouldn't expect TERA for Mac anytime soon unless they were able to optimize the engine so Mac would work properly. This also means packing it with certain .dll/.gpk/hfs/etc and re-reverse dns (there is a lot of things Mac makers messed around with).... There would be a lot to do.
On another note, Linux would be easier to run TERA if you didn't have a PC because it's pretty much a 100% changable/upgradable OS, but you'd need to learn a lot of calculus and basic programming to get it to function as a PC.
    Anyways, good luck.

Edit: I forgot to mention that OS just means "Operating System", ex: Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS (Apple Android OS), Android (Mobile OS), etc.

I hope not. We get enough people complaining that TERA doesn't run well on their potatoes.

You could try a virtual machine or a bootcamp-type of deal.
