i bought some emp and claimed the credits but my credits stayed below 100(i bought a racechange when the sale was going on and some other things bought 40$ of emp)

i was at 4380 points out of 4500 for tier 2 and then i went offline came back few hours later now im at 2620 rip.

I had farmed from tier 5 to tier 6 and now I'm back down to tier 5 :T

Yesterday I had tier 5 (56,6%) and today i have tier 5 (51,3%). Pls fix, I do not want my efforts have been wasted

Same here, I lost all my points I grinded during the bug, about 7k or so. T.T

Treeshark, can you kindly reply if you are only referring to points & credits people were suddenly missing when the bug first appeared, or if you also mean points gained during the time the system was not working properly?

I've made a screenie each day just in case. So if your system somehow didn't register progress during the bug, I could write to support and show you how many points I lost.

Well yesterday I logged and got my daily credit Reward but the 150 credits from the Reward for lvl up from Tier 3 to 4 still missing, plus the 10 credits from a box gained throught the CoF and the points gained doing dungeons..

i was able to access store and receive my daily credits before the servers went down so i can confirm its working. however i cannot confirm if the tier levels/points/credits/ have been restored/compensated. my rewards lvl never changed during these issues it stayed at t6, however i did buy emp a few times during the bugs and havent done the math yet to see if im missing any points/credits.

I was also wondering about the credits you use to buy things from the Emporium. I was roughly above 4k credits and am now at 2900+. Are we getting those credits refunded to us as well?

Maintenance still going.

Yesterday the system was working again, but the reward points had to be fixed because lots of people lost points (including myself) because it seemed like they did a throwback and any progress done after it broke went back.

Can you post when the credits / xp have been handed out?
Also you said that you were gonna put up an event as compensation? What event would that be? How about mongo Neon for the rest of the week since people have been saying strongbox event this weekend?

And strongbox event only is good to those with tons of gold, or credit card swipers.

idk who said anything about a strongbox event, it certainly wasn't us.

But i needed tier 2 to access the Emporium and i was 120 reward points away from it when something happened ant put me back to 2k reward points for tier 2 , so i was curious if they returned the reward points but seems like no.......
