And whats the news of the event that was spoken about for compensation ?
Treeshark, can you kindly reply if you are only referring to points & credits people were suddenly missing when the bug first appeared, or if you also mean points gained during the time the system was not working properly?
I've made a screenie each day just in case. So if your system somehow didn't register progress during the bug, I could write to support and show you how many points I lost.
i was able to access store and receive my daily credits before the servers went down so i can confirm its working. however i cannot confirm if the tier levels/points/credits/ have been restored/compensated. my rewards lvl never changed during these issues it stayed at t6, however i did buy emp a few times during the bugs and havent done the math yet to see if im missing any points/credits.
Maintenance still going.
Yesterday the system was working again, but the reward points had to be fixed because lots of people lost points (including myself) because it seemed like they did a throwback and any progress done after it broke went back.
and when will you say something about it? :P
