BuddyUp and Kumas Royale

I heard people saying that if you level through Kumas Royale you won't get your BuddyUp rewards, is this true?

Can you not do Kumas Royale once at all?

Is it when you abuse it by completely leveling through it? ex: doing Kumas Royale 10+ times.

Any help is appreciated.

    the exp it gives can potentially be enough to skip past the target levels, and if you do so, you don't get any rewards for it

    i don't recall if the guy that made that thread actually got back and confirmed what it might have been, so that's all there was to go by

    Those are lies. I've leveled up toons, this way. The only time you won't get your buddy up reward is if you accidentally skip a level. Like let say my alt gunner. She was level 39 with an exp bar that was almost full and I won at kumas, and got enough exp from VG to level all the way up to 41. The game seems to treat that case like if you used a lvl 60 scroll thus you won't get level 40 reward.

    If that does happen to you like it did me. Just contact support with screenshots and they might give your reward, they gave me mine.
