@GM: Unable to transfer server...*help*

Dear GM,

I've submitted a ticket regarding the issue of not able to perform a server transfer. Also, I've double checked my character to ensure that I've met all the requirements to server transfer. Still, the system only shows the "unavailable" option whenever I attempt to perform a server transfer. Please help and thank you.

    Click on the character again after it shows "UNAVALABLE?", take a screenshot of "Transfer a Character" window and and post it here.

    I thought the FREE Transfer has ended at 11 a.m. pct earlier today...oh btw, all my alts are in the top 10 PVE & PVP guilds. So, what's your point?
