If there's one race that you wanted to go for but didn't choose, then what was the reason?
I would've went for poporis if they weren't fat, they don't have to be tall or anything, but I can't have fat characters.
Human Males are too buff even though I have a human male berserker just because it looks manly.
I picked Male High Elf as a warrior, but they don't have flips and they are pretty slow as a warrior. I currently have a slayer for the race and gender.
Human Females, Just wasn't into playing as a female in MMOs.
Elin, didn't fit in Tera in my opinion and the thighs ultimately turned me away from them. Currently have a ninja and will do a race change on my warrior only.
Castanics, IDK! Would most likely fit my body type and persona if I was to have one in this game. I'll think of rolling as the race sometime in the future.
Female High Elfs, just didn't want to choose one for the same reason as Human Females and I was forced in between castanics and elves for the gunner class when I tried it out.
Baraka - Not into fat races once again, and it looks like a stoned raced, but I do hope I see some baraka around soon. About to be extinct.

My second character ever was this race--it lasted 10 levels, then I decided I couldn't handle the stripperwear. I know this game has a sexy esthetic but seriously, it looks like they just got off stage and are about to go peddle it freelance (admittedly probably for a lot of money but yeesh)

Love how they look. Couldn't stand how they run. Like they are about to break their back.

I have a bunch of elins and amanis. For elins, the thighs and anime face are the biggest differences they have compared with the actual underage girls you see in the game. Kill the thighs and they will look dangerously close to actual underages. My reason to play elin is the satisfaction of seeing someone seemingly weak kicking monster a$$. Amanis are a heII yeah class. I have characters on both their genders and would have LOVED to see them as brawlers. Amani male slayer has some of the best and most manly animations in the game.
anyway the one race i've always wanted to have a character of would be female amani, i love how they look, their armor, they animations for most of the classes, etc. the one thing that put me off so bad was just how slow they felt, i know they ain't actually slower than the other races but their size just gave the illusion of slowness and it drove me nutty.
You can always change their voice to that of another race. Every race can have any voice.
To answer the thread, I actually have one of every race, gender and class. I'm quite comfortable playing everything. My mains are high elf male and castanic male though.
Would pick male human or castanic otherwise.
Basically, didn't pick the other races because I liked elins WAY more than any of the other races when I was choosing.
If I had to choose a 2nd favorite, though, it'd be a tie between popori and male high elf. Popori for the same reason as elin, but to a lesser degree, and High Elf male because I love the androgynous look X3
The rest are pretty much equal in favor to me. Amani is badass, human is um... human, castanics are thuggish and sexy, high elf female is elegantly sexy, and Baraka is also badass. Don't ask me to pick one out of these though because I wouldn't know either XD
Change thighs to -2 or -3 and they'll look normal though. I dunno why this isn't present in character selection.
Because of, 1, It was added later, and 2, money.
Was only able to stomach brawler because human female rogue outfit looks good.
