How is losing bloodlust effect from using TB a buff? It's a nerf isn't it? Your TB's damage won't hit higher depending on the bosses' HP which makes it consistent to the debuffs the boss will have (mark/endurance debuffs) to get any higher damage.
Pretty sure that slayers and zerks ARE getting a revamp, it's just happening later. That small damage buff was just to tide them over until they get to them.
Bloodlust have different damage modifier on each 10% level. Consider the following chart.
for Thunderbolt, with the new "nerf" that removed bloodlust effect, it became a buff instead because it yields damage at 100% of its base damage. So you aren't losing the DPSloss(?) due to bloodlust effect.
Only time where this "nerf" would be a DPSloss is when the fight at 0~29.9% of boss's HP is taking longer than combat during boss's 30%~100% HP. It is not considered a nerf because you are able to throw in one of your best skill at full power before 39.9%.
