Who is the ovolith in the Valley of Titans?

Ok, so I was going through the Arcadia zone quests on my reaper (yes, I do low level zone quests as a high level reaper) when I came across an ovolith-looking fella in Valley of Titans right outside Echo Ranch.

I took a screenshot of the fella shortly before I killed it, but sadly I don't know how to upload photos into this forum from my Local Disk drive, so I'll provide some info I got on him:

Name: Arakia
Type of Monster: BAM
Species: Ovolith
Spotted at: Outside Echo Ranch in Valley of Titans
Level: 20
Neutral or Hostile: Neutral
Marks on Tag: Lion and skull, along with blood red tag
Abilities: Unknown

My question is threefold

1: What is an ovolith doing in the Valley of Titans?
2: What does the skull and the lion in a monster's tag mean? Also, what does the blood red tag mean?
3: Where did this Arakia come from? I have not seen him/her/it before today.

Any info would be appreciated.

    BAMs with a unique name and those "tags" on their hp bar are World Bosses.

    its called a world boss, rare mobs that spawn over the word. just a fancy BAM

    It has long respwan time 6-12h or more. And I don't recommend to kill it unless you do WB achievements.

    Arakia is a world boss with a 6 hr spawn timer. This does not mean it spawns every six hours but will take at LEAST six hours to respawn after a kill. Arakia also has about 5 spawn locations. Add in/Multiply with the 10 channels and you're looking at 50 channel changes if you're unlucky. It can take about 20 minutes to check, depending on the load time of your computer.
