  • I bought many things from the shop the day this happened. I didn't knew about the problem and I think I'm missing a lot of reward credits I got on my item claim and took but apparently I never got them. When I first noticed I saved all the credits on the item claim to get them later, now I have no issues, but will I get back the credits I didn't received?.

    One of the biggest purchases I did was 50 inner wear boxes I never got credits from.

  • I dont even know if its even worth getting points now since nobody even tells us if they will return our lost points and add the newly gathered after we got rekt by their awesome system.Or if they will even give us back the points, Or if they'll do anything.... Awesome :D should have been tier 2 since yesterday so i guess 2 or even more daily boxes will be gone because of it. xD

  • So whats the news still waiting here for my Credits seens like its fix just dont have my Credits or the event hopefully the event can make up for all the gold i have lost from this could have made a lot of gold from selling the stuff and using the gold to reimburse to the server and repeating if u guys think the daily gifts is enough that laughable

    Ps im new to the game trying it out but it seems like team is slow in action and fixing stuff well still better than nexon i guess

    Was hoping maint would fix the issue finally, but just to let the mods know: nope, still missing the points I made during the bug. Hope you are able to sort this stuff out soon.

    First off welcome to the game! hope your finding it enjoyable! Secondly just wanna let you know that Tera's development is handled by BHS, their promotion by EME, the rewards points are part of the EME side of things, and EME is understaffed, and have alot of things on their plate to fix, i know this may not encourage you to have faith in them, but the bottom line is they do work very hard to try and keep us satisfied, but much of what they do has to be approved by BHS or is much more complicated than "just give me my missing credits". They will take care of it, but have some patience, Rome wasn't built in a day.. and those guys had 1000000x the workers EME has xD
