What server are we talking about? Is this an EU server issue, NA server issue, Acension Valley issue? Can we get some more details.

This is NA forum, is this too obvious for you?

No it isn't dipshit. There's plenty of EU player who plays on NA server, knowing where they are located is essential to fixing problems like these. Dumb [filtered] kids like you need to stay off the forums with addressing issues like these, you do nothing but back talk arrogant [filtered].

Ok let's clarify then. These are EME forums. EME has nothing to do with EU Tera. So what good what it do to complain about EU servers where GF will not see them?

Well lets clarify then, how many EU players play on North America servers? How many users/members here are from EU? How many are not computer knowledgeable to understand simple mistakes that sometimes they're playing on an EU Tera launcher? How many users who are having this issue are from the region of EU and not NA?

Lets do something, instead of you're idiotic assumption of a problem, you ask to make sure we can cross it off the list. This is basic problem solving, maybe stick your dumb [filtered] back in school. I'm trying to give some help to the players here who are having an issue, and instead of doing your normal routine of forum [filtered] trashing and going around making provocative post, go back to your Youtube comments where you belong.

This really has nothing to do with what you're saying though....................
  • Few weeks ago there was issue with EU players having constant disconnects and high ping, US players had no issues.

Different routing can cause probems for certain demographic.

Leave the network problem solving to the people who know what they're talking about. As for now kiddo, you're ignored. And to everyone else, make it easier on yourself by identifying the issue by writing out what server you belong too, what launcher are you using, what region are you playing from, date/time of the issue. And if you can, create a tracert document which can be found in the support section of this forum. It'll help the process of identifying the issue, rather it be on your end of server.

You said "EU servers". So calm your tits. You're not solving anything either lol. You never mentioned connectivity to do with regions. Why not be more clear about it before losing your head? You're setting a bad example for EU players.

And to everyone else who is having this issue. It'll be a lot better to solve the issue faster if you post the following in context,

    Your server:
    NA Tera/EU Tera:
    Where are you located/region:
    Date of the issue:
And have a tracert route ready for costumer support:

This will make it a lot easier trying to solve the issue if it comes down to it. And you can send the follow above to support to try to get an answer.

wow a kid crying, a butthurt like u, this is EME forum aka NA servers. n there is gameforce, fcking dipship.
  • OK, stupid question: how does one check if their launcher and servers are EU or NA?

To answer. First, this is Tera NA forums, hosted and published by EME. Meaning, most of the talk here will be about NA servers. People from EU may connect to these servers but they are still NA servers. Anything relating to EU servers is brought to Tera GameForge forums.

As for the rest, yes, I agree that telling what server people can't access is a good thing to mention. Trace routes may be more ticket related and when asked by staff.
  • Did they announce how long they'll do maintenance?
  • If they are not using the NA launcher then they wouldn't even have this issue because they wouldn't even be connected to NA servers. Wtf are you on about. I thought you knew what you were talking about kiddo.

If they have the EU launcher and are connected to the EU serves, they might be mistaken by coming to the NA forums, not realising they are on the wrong forum.

nope, just that they'd be taking the server down in 5 minutes for a maintenance.

To clarify, I know what forum this is, I know this is NA server. Me asking what launcher they're using has NOTHING to do with this forum, but just a quick check of simple mistakes to MAKE sure they are running the NA Tera launcher. That's it. I don't I need you're correction of what you think or assume. I'm doing this for folks who can miss out on a simple problem. And it'll be a lot easier to identify the issue since NA Tera are mixed with both EU/NA players who run BOTH launcher and have BOTH installed on their computer. It's that simple.

Well. Other than the different shapes and colors both launchers may have, the biggest difference to look for in launchers is the publisher name. I say this in case the launcher shapes change (which have changed in the past, so you have a permanent and clear mark to know which is which). The NA launcher will always have EnMasse written somewhere on it, while EU will always have GameForge on it. Of course, unless/until publishers change, as was the case in Korea. But for now, this is what people should be looking for when checking which launcher they are using and which game they are accessing.

Anyway. The problem seems related to TR only. I was able to access AV and FF, and TR is currently marked as down for maintenance.
  • Don't get dragged down to their level, Nach.

Well now see there's a legit scenario that I can see happening to someone who doesn't know any better.

Don't be like this kid on the forum ladies and gent. This is the epitome of dumb asses of all dumb asses. You don't attack people who try to help with idiotic stupidity. You got anything better else to do kiddo?

You're really going to sit here and try to argue with me for asking to make sure they aren't running EU Launcher over NA Launcher? It's a simple yes or no question. And you're flipping tables, insulting people on the forum for this? How brain dead are you and the rest of the retards who are attacking me over this subject? Rather I ask it or not, it's none of your business especially if you're stupid.

What ever happened to ignoring me? Also how can you expect to get anything done with the attitude you've had. They've apparently already announced a maintenance so your job here is done. You saved Tera!

Don't make a big deal out of something very trivial. It's a simple check rather you are running EU or NA launcher. That simple, just answer yes or no. I don't need anything else.

Oh. I was just being a bit more generalistic, since another poster actually asked how to tell which is which. Don't worry about it. :)
