Anyways, i first had Aman Male in mind, but then my friend (who invited me to play but quit later on) wanted an all-Elin guild so i went with Elin Lancer. No regrets.

Femani has some of the best faces, and decent enough hairstyles, but their ridiculously buff legs and feet are just not my thing, it looks strange in costumes. They do have some bad [filtered] armour though.

I like elves a lot but I can't bring myself to make a male one because the battle stances are just too stupid.

Female casta's are great but the heeled part of their feet looks so bloody weird

-2 & -3 are too skinny. It makes their legs look like sticks. -1 is just enough, that's what I currently have for my human female warrior.

The only race I can't play, and I'm sure I will never play, is Elin race. I can't stand the fact that most of the people have those children-like half naked for hand-speed activities propouses. AND, I know that lore wise they're technically not children, but just look at them, and now try to picture your own daughter on a Devilish Costume.

Barakas - I like them, a lot, but I can't play them, I'm trying to figure out a class that have cool armors (FC store) and I don't have yet, I can't, all the classes I have free have Leather armor (wich sucks on Barakas) and the heavy ones that I don't have are race+gender locked.

Aman Male - I tried to make my Lancer an Aman Male, I can't stand the walk/run animation while in battle. I just can't

Technically any male - I'm not used to them, I just can't.

Castanic Male / Human Male / Aman Male are my favorite races but I can't play them because they have disadvantages in PvP. Here you'll see why.

Aman (Disadvantage) = Short Range. Faster Auto Attack than Elin.
I could had easily mained this race for my Berserker/Lancer but the fact that threw me off was how short the range was. The auto attack speed animations were faster than Elins. It was too short that I couldn't land my combos in 8m range so I had to cut back to 6m to land a Thunderstrike.

Castanic (Disadvantage) = Slow Auto Good range.
Good race with great choice of armors. Great range. Slow auto attack speed animations couldn't stagger efficiently as an Elin would.

Human (Disadvantage) = Slow Auto. Good range.
Good race with great armors. Good range. Slow auto just like Castanic.

The ideal race for TERA right now for everything is Elin. As it's the most OP race for every class right now. Long range / Quick animations.

I played all these 3 races but I had no choice but to reroll to Elin because it's superior for all classes.

Femani, i loved the idea to play a dark elegant lady, exactly something like Mahou_Shounen posted, then i seen how hulkish and bulky they are and gave up, the faces and horn options werent interesting either, otherwise half of my characters would be femani.

Same was with Human females - bulky mom body, plus the costumes make them look even more bulkier.

If there is one thing that i ever wished tera had, it was BNS's character creation.

@Saxblade Honestly, for thigh size, it's just preference. Just like how one person can love flaming-hot spicy food and another person can barely even swallow pepper, same goes for one person liking skinnier-than-average legs and others embracing the thunder thighs. Personally, I like -3 on my elin, but I don't think there's anything objectively "wrong" with any of the other thigh sizes (although +3 thighs on a -3 height elin is pretty silly-looking, but that's just my opinion

)

Those don't even resemble dragon people, which aman are supposed to be. We already have midget cat girls in the game. Don't mess up the femani's, there's nothing wrong with them as they are, they just aren't everyone's cup of tea.

I agree. femanis are cool as they are right now. if it were me, I would have added actual scales to the skin. What they have now also do not resemble scales to me. They look more like stone bodies kind of similar to baraka skin. As for tails? Dunno. I guess furry fandom people would dig those, but I feel not every animal/monster + humanoid should have a tail.
