Ping / Disconnection Issues

I've been having issues in Tera where my ping has been spiking to crazy levels. I've also been getting disconnected from the Ascension Valley server constantly. Is anyone else having this issue and if so how did you go about solving it?

    Its all over FF too not jus urs. I hope they will see this thru asap
