how much will that effect the game for the people whit the normal version ?
From what I understand, the one with the better stats will also be obtainable in game. Or did I misread something again?

No, that's correct. In-game will have both the regular and royal versions for two colors. The cash shop will have both the regular and royal versions for the two other colors. (My guess is that the regular version will be relatively easy to earn in-game and direct buy on the shop, but the royal version will be a big grind in-game and lootboxes on the shop.)
Either way, because it's a chance to proc for a momentary boost, and only applies to PvE, it's not going to be such a huge deal for someone with only the regular one.

it is a mount, it doesn't matter if it is free or not, this feature is there to force people to buy/use these mounts. Why run other mounts? I am pretty much sure people will be kicked or removed from CS, Raid parties, dungeons which you can mount if they don't have the mount. A mount giving DPS buff is the most F-ed up thing I have ever seen.
Let me give you this example:
There are cars out there, some runs faster, some are small, some are luxury, some are bulky, some run smoother but slower, some have better seats and more options, but none of them increases your strength before going to Gym, right? Or increases your intelligent before going for college exam.
Mounts are the same things as cars, they are there to get you somewhere safe and sound, faster and some with a bit more options like replenishing MP/Mana, but they shouldn't give you dps boost, it just torpedoes everything and if we get that now, tomorrow we will get a new weapon skin that always crits, sounds OK? OfC to the white knights we have in this forums it is and those white knights never stocked to Tera.
This feature needs to go and needs to go before coming to Tera. It doesn't matter if it procs for 10 secs or 10 hours, it doesn't matter if excited some kids but it is against the nature of the game and riding mounts.
Instead of that: They can make a new thing and give the mounts a new active skill, something like Turbo charger with 5 or 10 mins of cooldown and that increases your mounts speed by 30 or 40 for seconds, that can help to get place, world bosses, or catch up with friends faster if you are far.
You don't even read the reasons, don't say something that no one was even referring to, P2W here means you ride that mount and you get a dps benefit from it which is too much and you can't have the benefit from other mounts. if you wanna reply or defend something, think about why ppl are using the phrase, I was never using P2W, but in this case I do, cause it is, it doesn't matter how you obtain it, it is the benefit you get by riding a simple mount.
Calling mount passive P2W while mount itself can be obtained for free by playing the game.
Use different terminology here if you don't like the passive.
Also you don't even need to ride this mount for it's benefits if I'm understanding the post correctly since it states the passive skill applies even when not riding the mount, so just farm it out, learn the book and never ride it if the looks are unappealing to you. Having another source of a DPS boost is only going to improve dungeon runs, there's a very slim chance of being excluded for the fact that you don't have a RNG passive that may or may not work at all during a run, especially since there are no more score runs with the removal of Crusades. If you do get kicked from the run for the sole reason that you don't have a mount and it's not because you're bad at your class or improperly geared then congratulations you've met the elite 4 of your server that agreed to a kick, go back to LFG or create your own group. The only LFGs you'll see REQUIRING this mount will be joke LFGs all because you cried out that people are going to be mean and exclude you.
that is exactly P2W, use that mount or no boost dps for you.
Very twisted logic here. VM procs are P2W cause of reasons.
By that logic

EME remove all niveots please, they are more P2W than this mount cause its effect is not a chance proc but permanent. It don't matter that niveots can be obtained through in game means, its still P2W.
