    Have you renamed or removed into videos or other game files? That's the most common reason for the error.

    My launcher updated the game successfully but when I press the "Play" button I get this message.

    I tried the "Repair" tool and it didn't accomplish anything.Any ideas?

    If i hit "enter server" the button glows for a second, but nothing happens. If i hit "refresh", the whole server list disappears. I allready repaired.

    Complete the update via steam, that's what worked for me.

    I have the "Game Execution Failure," which caused me to have to download some C++ files from the Tera site. I didn't know that it would cause me to have to redownload a significant portion of the game....which it's still saying I have an hour to finish downloading this part of the patch. God knows if I have other parts of the patch to download. Please please please don't make it take any longer!

    I have the same issue, the "Access Invalid" launcher problem. I haven't manipulated any files or changed any names of anything and am patched. I go to hit "play" and I'm given the access invalid error message from the login screen. Aside from possibly reinstalling the whole game and trying again on an already fresh install, anyone know how I can fix this? (I looked in the old enmasse forums but all the problems encountered were because of file manipulation)

    An hour later and it's still saying 1+ hour till this part of the patch is done. There's got to be a better workaround than what I was linked to on Tera's site to download the C++ file. I'm so frustrated right now. Yes, an apology would be nice...especially since the two decreased-cooldown times Saturday didn't work in dungeons=useless.

    Could you please post a screenshot of your server select screen?
