my ping is double what it was last week. ty EME
after the last maintenance i saw a few threads about high ping or lag spikes
my ping used to be 60 ish..
its 130-150 now and i play archer.. so BIG impact.
EME are u going to comment or fix this issue?

This should confirm the hop in the chain that is problematic (which I think is the same as most other people with this problem). If you can find a way to bypass this bad hop for now (e.g. via a VPN), you will likely be back to normal.
He answered your complaint. Instead of being an [filtered], how about you try taking his advice instead of complaining STILL.
They can only elevate it to their server host who can elevate it to their backbone providers -- which they should do, but who knows if they will fix it quickly. The Internet is a mess.
I guess there might be little hope in offering you a solution if you act like a spoiled child. As counter said, EME is not responsible for the carrier. You are free to chose the ISP, the carrier you want.
Try this or keep hopping on the "ping spike LAG EME PLZ HALP" train.
- Go to wtfast.com
- download the program
- install it
- make an account on the website
- start the program, log in and chose "Tera" from the dropdown menu (the program recognizes Tera installed)
- enjoy monitoring your ping for 14 days (trial)
This is only -ONE- VPN. There are lots of other as e.g. Battleping. Help yourself.

EME is only responsible if it is something that is their fault. EME does not own the internet, or anything related to it. They simply have Tera and any hardware related to it. This is generally why internet in the US will continue to be bad, the wrong people always get yelled at while the people at fault laugh at a distance.
That's like saying "well fix it" to the captain of the plane when the landing strip is too short.
