What's the new server Fey Forest like?

Is the new server nice? naughty? polite? rude? Weigh in on your experience. I'm less than a week new here and am curious.

  • If it's anything like MT you will pretty much have your answer as soon as you walk outside Cresentia. It would only take you about an hour to make a character and get to that point.
I knew quite a bit of friendlies over there, but also knew a lot of hostiles. You're likely to get too mixed of a response from us here in the forums. Best thing would be to take a couple hours and find out for yourself.
And, of course, welcome to TERA.
  • FFS is good, it has many new players. it has both pve and pvp environment, so it is a new thing in Tera and worked just fine, also that you will be able to Open world PVP at 65, so you can level up easily and with no worries as a new player.

So as EME recommends FFS to new players I do it too, since it has a very good sight for both pvp and pve sides of the game.

Of course you also have the personal impact factor. For example, IF your name coincidentally sounds similar to e.g. "Lettuce-is-sweet", you would have the guild "CARNIVORES" hunting you down in open world PvP - because carnivores and herbivores are natural enemies.

Of course no one would make a name like "I-am-salad", because this would put you at the front of the food chain. Just a heads up ;)

ERMAHGERD!!!!! GENIUS!!!!! I'm gonna steal that name! :pleased:

  • I think FF is in a good place at the moment. It won't be like MT for the leveling new player - no pvpers can gobsmack you unless you're level 65.

Why would you get your answer as soon as you walk outside cressentia in a lvl 65 pvp server?

he said it for mt, the server that cried when pvp in lumbertown got disabled.
  • @Derpybowl What I meant was that if it's anything like MT there would be quite a bit of people hanging out there chatting and dueling or whatever. You could get a pretty good idea by the area chat and trying to socialize, that's all. Didn't mean anything negative or derogatory towards any play style or server.

@Derpybowl Dunno man. I didn't assign it as the hangout spot, it's just been like that for a while. It's where I met all the people I play with now.

That's why I chose the name Spacecats. They're the alpha at the top of every food chain. Observe this hunter utilizing flawless camouflage as it stalks its prey...

As far as FF, it's been very friendly from what I've witnessed. Since the PvP is restricted to level 65, you don't have to worry about Lumbertown bridge scenarios. That said, MT has some of the friendliest people of any server, even if they're all bloodthirsty crazies on the battlefield. So maybe PvP isn't a big factor there.

Can confirm pvp players can be friendly. :D I think it just comes down to the individual player. Some play to have fun and some play to be a crab.
