Island of Dawn Guild Quests

Why are Island of Dawn dailies not a part of Guild Quests? They re-modeled an entire zone to turn it into a level 65 daily area, make it basically inaccessible to parties because it's faster solo, and now do not even include it as a part of the new guild rewards! I don't know about others, but I would rather have the option for guildies to continue doing what they have always done while still contributing toward the guild. Even if it's meant to promote party oriented quests or quests that make PvE and PvP instances more alive, they still SERIOUSLY included gathering useless junk 1400 times in the open world as a guild quest rather than fighting BAMs on the island..

  • Like everything else in this game, they will most likely remove IoD eventually. That's their solution to everything.
  • IoD is intended Solo Content, Guild quests and rewards, as it is said, is a Guild effort.
  • Are you saying I can't hunt BAMs with my friends anymore? I wasn't able to check out much before the emergence maintenance.

    Gathering is solo content as well and we have gathering quests.

    5 people gathering 1 item = 5 possible cobalas for contribution. Okay, why not 5 people killing or completing a certain IoD quest = 5 kills toward that contribution?
