    @salE983 Tera is a lower population MMO with limited streams of income. Sure they should be transparent if the delay was actually planned but come on. You're acting like a child. You can farm for your dragon when its available, if you have to wait a week so be it; you will live.

    As of right now, it was a choice between:
    • A couple dragons are available through the TERA store.
    • No dragons.

    The loot box versions aren't what's causing the delay, so rather than hold all dragon mounts from being in-game, we decided to at least release what we could, given the circumstances. A lot of players were planning on getting themselves a ghost or diamond dragon in the first place, and it didn't seem fair to make them wait while the other versions are figured out.

    is p2w this...better no dragon for now at least dragon from store only...

    How is it p2w if you can get the dragon mounts in game without spending EMP??????? Even if it's delayed because of the exploit that doesn't make it p2w or whatever.

    Not agreeing with that guy, but I'm pretty sure the ones you pay for give you a buff twice as powerful as the buff that the free ones give.

    Boo, I was hoping to ride a dragon. The Diamond and Ghost dragons look neat and all, but I prefer the natural look of the iron dragon, so I'll have to wait for those to either 1) be in store or for the in game ones to be functional. Also no account wide dragon mount makes me sad. :(

    do i really need to buy 24k-49k EMP(50-100 boxes) just for a decent CHANCE of getting the ghost or diamond dragon? and not only that but you are delaying the release of the regular non CS versions? are you guys for real with this [filtered]?

    listen, i really dont give a [filtered] about the stats these dragons give. if you want to put the stat versions in a box then fine, it would not be a problem for me IF there was a non stated version of the same mounts available to buy directly. this is why its a problem. i will admit something here, i am a complete SUCKER for shiny things and flashy things. its doesnt matter what it is, i use to play HS just to collect the gold cards. i use to collect the shiny pokemon cards or holo yugioh cards just for the looks alone. hell id pick up a marble on the damn street and add it to my collection and put it in a fish tank or something.

    its just how i am, anything that is "oooooo shiny" i am probably going to buy in a heart beat. so the fact that there was a DIAMOND dragon announced instead of having to pick a dull black/red version i immediately logged into the game just to buy that [filtered]. Imagine my disappointment when i found out they were lootbox exclusives... sure, i can drop down 5k EMP for 10 boxes, but what if i dont get it? thats $50 or $60 down the damn drain. in the gutter. i could have fed a homeless person with that money.

    why not just make it available to buy straight out WITHOUT the stats? like ive already said, i dont give a flying [filtered] about the stats. i just want it for the looks. sell it for $50. sell it for $70. i wouldnt care how much it was because atleast it is GURANTEED that i will get the thing. please stop with this loot box RNG. its so obvious that you guys dont need it and its only a tool to milk everyone for money.

    BS not evryone want spend money on rng [filtered] . I could easly spend 2k per mounth if i wanted but i dont . There no reason too spend money on the shop since u can farm evryhing but now u NEED too spend money too get it .

    The whole reason of them selling stuff on the shop is to get money to help keep the servers up, not to cater to f2ps who complain when p2ws have it easy.

    Without free players the game would be dead and there would be less people buying EMP since a lot of EMP is bought to sell to free players in the first place, there would also be less people to do anything with too. Otherwise, the game might as well be buy to play, or sub... which there's a reason games switch to free to play.

    So much rage and hate about how EME decided to handle this. Reminds me of the time when players cried and raged about the Kelsaik helmet in the Federation Bill store, saying that their "exclusivity" was in danger, riot if they released the helmet in the in game shop, etc, bla bla bla.

    It was an item alongside with other that the players wanted to become available for everyone since the dungeon was getting removed, so EME had to make a choice: Rename the item, or do not have the item at all. This case is no different.

    You guys can wait, is not gonna kill you to not have your dragon today. Do not wanna buy it? Great, don't do it then, you can do other stuff with your gold/ credit card, such as buying consumables/food to survive.

    Better question yet: When are the servers gonna be up.

    The whole concept of the FTP business plan is the illusion that FTP =/= PTW. When you lose that illusion, through blatant actions like this one, you corrupt the whole concept. The illusion behind FTP is that the company has the creativity to provide ancillary items and services (like conveniences like elite status, or costumes, or fancy mounts) that will not degrade the competitive status of the people who do not spend vs. the ones who do. Without that illusion, you are left with the smug asshats who chide others for not being able, or more likely willing, to spend a mortgage payment each month on this game which has basically foregone any creativity in the last couple of years. When you give up like that, you are only left with charging for everything, including items that give a distinct combat advantage to those that spend money over those who do not. Better to have died a natural death sticking with the subscription model than than this unnatural abomination that is only a pale imitation of life!

    (What the heck, got nothing else to do right now but write this crap--they don't seem to be able to resurrect my server!)
