Kuma--does equalization remove influence from gear/crystals?

Banquet of Blood replaces all your skills, but is influenced by both your crit factor and CDR rolls. Is there any influence in Kuma Royale of a similar type?

    No. Low level alts crit the same as level 65s.

    some times if you have an armor with the Hp when enter in combat stat, it activates the effect but has no effect :>
