[TR] "Forge" wants you - semi close (?)
We are a guild forged (ba dum tsk) through great friendships, founded for the sole reason to... well have fun! The founders of this guild are former members who decided to start fresh but keep the same principles and values of old Kaze, which made it very successfull. We would like everyone to be included and integrate with one another to have a great gaming experience.
Requirements:
- Socialize/integrate with guild: we are more like a circle of friends, and we would like you to join the circle of friedchip!
- Good attitude and sense of humor. More often than not, you will see E.R.P. popping in our guild chat and fat popos calling everyone fat. We laugh at our mistakes in dungeons and try to take revenge for that friendly laser fire (or purposefully bodyblock).
- While there is no strict gear or skill requirement, most of our members are seasoned players in hard contents, so keep that in mind. We are recruiting so that we have new friends to dungeons with.**
- Most of us are U.S. players and are active in U.S. evening times, but we do have friends from Europe and they would like a few pets friends to play with!

**Update: we are now a medium size guild (yay) and have been focusing a lot on guild quests and the usual content everyone does (LK, RM, SS), and transitioning to the current hard mode - RM.
We are now closing recruitment unless the person is vouched by at least 2 of our current members.

I had an argument with their Co-GM, Angel.Goddess, about the mechanic of 1st boss in SS HM. She said tanks are RESPONSIBLE for breaking pillars. As a tank, I told her that it is a BAD IDEA to break pillars because the boss is LIKELY to be turned and the healers and/or DPS will get caught by the lasers. She can't handle my advice; thus, she requested the GM to kick me.

Dude r u serious? If laser on u n u can do it; u break those damn delicious pillars, how hard can that be? Smart dps/h(s) will move away for u if they see the boss turns. U mean to tell me if in the case where lasers r on u 75% of the time and u won't even will try to lead the laser to break the pillars caused "it's not my responsibility?". Get real; laser is everybody's responsibility. There is a reason why the laser is on u at time. Only if u get stuck in between the boss and the wall when laser on u; by all mean u don't have to, but if it is obvious and you can do it; u do it; it makes the run less painful without the pillars spawning huge [filtered] aoes n killing everybody n boss constantly going into shield phase. Ask in general forum; peeps will say the same.
You have made a post on this already and to just copy paste it here to be disruptive is in poor taste. The guild's GM and any in the guild have the right to remove you if you are not a good fit or a cause for concern. As long as they didn't steal from you, then move on and stop attacking a guild you aren't happy that disagreed with you.
If you can't take lasers as a tank, then the shoulder of burden is on you. Everyone that is in the run is responsible for clearing totems, as that is how the mechanic works. If you refuse to do so, then you are willingly putting more strain on your healers and DPS.
The only reason I can see as to why you wouldn't want to is to keep up GF, considering you appear to be a Brawler. That is selfish and counterintuitive to how runs are suppose to play out. If you aren't going to do simple mechanics and would rather greed for your own dps then don't make up excuses as to why you are doing it.
Anyone skilled in the dungeon who dies to a tank turning him for totems either wasn't paying attention or doesn't have eyes. I have cleared this dungeons hundreds of times on Lancer (and other classes) and have never killed someone due to them not knowing I was turning the boss for it.
Either move on, or have something that isn't attackikg others to say.
