Tanks are nonexistence again

LFG + IM for a tank to do SSNM for 1 hour. I was forced to switch to my fodder lancer then there was an instant queue.
Then LFG + IM for a tank to do DFHM, wasted 2 hours. I switched to my fodder lancer once more because AT LEAST A TRAP TANK IS BETTER THAN NO TANK.
There is no tank on FF server, on all servers. They are naturally wiped from the planet like the days back in Lucid patch.
People say 'Make your own tank', Yes I did, Even if I have 250 ping and potato gear. Does the problem of lacks of tanks really solved by counting just 1 more tank in?
Don't rage at brawlers in the DFNM IM no matter how bad they are because they are our only hope.
Do something, community. Make our lives easier.

    this is what happens when a zerker tells us to kick a lancer... saying they can tank better, and yet the reaper (me) is the one that tanks instead of zerk... it's because of people like that zerk that people don't want to instance match with randoms anymore

    Sadly that's true, unless tanks are op most people don't want to play them in any game.

    I'm also on FF and I mostly IMS, but am slowly growing away from it. Theres more or less no way to alleviate there no being enough tanks in MMORPGs outside of making MMOs where there are NO tanks at all, but those mmos usually end up being pretty terrible in terms of balance.

    You are crying about no tank for dungeons that have been out for what 4 months now? The only people running them are either bored or new to the game or possibly returning players. Stay in the cycle and nolife them when everyone else is or deal with not finding certain roles for it till the next patch comes out.

    On a serious note, all the tanks I know run with a static and don't ims.

    Maybe my perspective's skewed but I do DFNM daily (warrior, dps) and I always have some person tanking for me. I've not had this tank issue... then again I am just now able to start dealing with hard mode dungeons. I always IM so I just deal with whatever party I have, tank or not. Having a lancer or whoever that can tank well makes my life a whole lot easier though, so hey, you're welcome in my party :pleased:

    Lancers are tanks too and they got a buff. Besides brawlers needed to be nerfed, they were doing more DPS than a DPS class which makes DPS classes irrelevant.

    I have a brawler but she isn't ready for SS. I've been working on my gunner since she's me recon. I like to know a dungeon before I go in it as a healer or tank. To know how badly my fps will drop once all the garbage effects come in.

    Also doesn't help that everyone is looking for experienced dps when i try to get in SS, so it'll be a long while before I im as a tank/healer there

    SSNM and HM aren't even worth it.
    I also rarely bother with ques as I'm constantly spamming dungeons with guildies now.

    People still ims, woah! but seriously if you que as a DPS expect long waiting times that's true for every mmo.
