I would have chosen No Dragons. When you delay the free ones but release the lootboxes ones it creates a pretty bad image about the company for a lot of players, especially given the fact they give a unique buff. (it doesn't seem broken from what I know, but it still gives you an edge on the DPS parse and the most toxic part of the community will remind you how you suck because you don't have the dragon)
As said above, it looks wrong, you're delaying a lot of players the chance to get the free ones too, especially those who can't/don't want to spend money...
Also in the first post you're talking about balance & commitment, it doesn't compute when such a "unique item" in Tera is made available as paid product only even if the free version would cause some delay for whatever reasons.
On a commercial pov though, this works well, it's an incentive to buy and test your luck asap instead of farming the free one and be happy with it. I'm pretty sure a lot of people bought boxes even if they wanted to farm the free one at first.
As long as my opinion goes, I think you understood I, as a player, don't like your choice here.
We also miss details about how to get the free ones (drop rate of the tokens ? how many tokens needed for a chance to get a dragon with the buff ? loot rate of the dragon with the buff (
I can foresee the bams will get heavily farmed on PvP servers with a LOT of outlaws to "protect" their people farming and this will probably last for a few months. I know for sure I'll try to get one next year, if the game is still alive xD.

Personally, it means to defeat Aranea, who is Anea in her transformed state... So its correct no issues or problems there. I see nothing to address or fix with that myself.
Dragons are more important right now, promised content that isn't fully out... is always top priority or else well people will well... you see the forums, complain.

U guys wanna have a pizzing contest about the dragon's PASSIVE BUFF, that's ur prerogative. In fact, I'll thrown in both of my yes and no vote. To me, those buffs are just gimmick. We already clearing endgame dungeons, even without the dragon buff. But I understand that there are groups of high score run dungeon raiders as part of this community. And I respect their concerns. Not to mention the buff messed up with mystic crit aura. And thats not good, mystic need more love, u guys.
But I'm a part of another part of the community. I RP with mah frenz. Its our hobby, coz that's what adults do with their disposable income. So I hope EME can put 'em new dragons into the dressing room, as soon as possible, hopefully, that'll be great. We've been waiting for months for this. Even if I bought both dragons now, I still need the dressing room to do costumes match up.

This makes it somewhat plausible that the implementation of the tokens didn't go so well.
On the stream, Spacecats had already spawned his tokens for use as a demonstration. He never showed us the working process of them dropping from bams/jackpots from BGs, so they might have screwed it up somehow. (And before you say that it's an easy job and they should be capable of doing so easily - remind yourself of the fact that we currently have to sit through an extra loading screen whenever we log in, there are still places in CS in which you can leave the map to cheat because BHS was too busy putting invisible walls over all the good exploring spots, and that multiple mobility skills from day 1 classes are *still* bugged on certain terrain. oh, and let's not forget our good friend mr. 25-fps-in-dungeons.)
