    Instance matchmaking seems to be broken, the que popped for me and someone else but it was just is in the party.

    Purchased one of the flying mount bundles but it is not showing up anywhere in my inventory. Is it for lvl 65 characters only? If so why is it not stated on the item info..

    As an elite player I am only able to enter Ghillieglade 2 times per day, even with the teleportal of ghillieglade stating I can enter it 4 times per day.

    Logged out of the game, and back in 7 times. My Flying mount is still not showing up anywhere. Can someone please just tell me if it's a 65+ item or not. That is all I am wanting to know.

    The store says available to use on any character but I can't even get it to show up in item claim.

    I think we might be experiencing a slight delay in purchase delivery right now.

    I am having another department look into it to confirm, then get it resolved as a soon as possible.

    Navigate to 'TERA\Client\S1Game\CookedPC\Art_Data\Packages\CH' and Delete or Move the file "_PC" folder and launch the game, should be fixed now, Enjoy your floating head free game! :D

    Yeah ummm cobalt anything on the login servers having issues I keep getting the error and i was playing just fine earlier. The play light wasnt working for a while and now it is but just keep getting error fffff etc etc.

    The lag is back. It's so frustrating cause I'm healing for my boyfriend to get the fast que. I can't even lock on to heal on mystic.
