Issue with guild quests

So to start off I dont really feel this is a game suggestion but at the same time i contacted support about this and they told me the best place to get my issue solved is on the forums. My guild Comfy on MT servers is not receiving the 25 completion quest for sshm. We received it on the first day but after the first time the servers went down and back up we have not received this quest since. I have talked to the guild leaders of every other large guild on the server and nobody else is experiencing the same thing. Its now been 3 days of losing out on the points from this quest and being forced to take a medium guild quest everyday. We are 2 levels behind the other large guilds purely because of this and instead of helping me fix the problem the support team are having me make a post about it on the forums to do what exactly?
