Disabling outlaw in raid (as leader)
Would this option ever be available? I'm a mystic that just got hit with outlaw during a BAM guild quest preventing me from healing allies outside of raid because someone either deliberately or accidentally enabled outlaw and I healed them with totem or another skill.
This is also frustrating against a guild that is completely outlaw, as I can't heal the people they are attacking.

This wasn't a GvG this was an outlaw guild trying to slaughter everyone over a guild quest bam. When I and other healers can be sabotaged like this it poses a real problem and once outlaw is enabled on someone you have to be out of combat to stop it. Then when you heal your raid it gets put back on you so you cannot heal non outlaws.
What you're saying is, if healer heals outlaw, they turn outlaw as well.
What if healer hasn't learned the outlaw skill?
