    At the current state with people counting afk players in HW as a measurement how dead Tera is - NO.

    Imagine we get housing. People will come to the forums crying that they can't find other players. People will come crying that there are no priests idleing to buff them but are hidden in houses. No people to duel them. No people to be inspired by their mounts, costumes. No people to form a guild with. To [filtered] with. To dance with (Elins). And so on.

    I would love to have a house for roleplay purposes, my friends and I would probably still spend *a lot* of time in the common areas of the game, but we'd likely go there when we wanted to openly talk about everyone. (half...joking....) >.> Gimme a Pora Elinu house, pretty please.

    Here how to make money off of housing put all the pretty [filtered] for housing in tera store don't make it mega expensive also please tera put a wedding dress and groom outfit in tera store with ring make it like $60 -$80 flat out buy no loot box [filtered]

    The ring can be like give you the ability to call your partner where ever you are with like no cd or 5 min cd
    No buff and [filtered] just normal or give special carried emote or dance for the couple vuv I know there a wedding system idea over at ktera but I'm just throwing idea out there to have that fully develop to

    Normally, housing requires some decoration crafting and cooking skills. IDK, how come BHS hate crafting so much. All crafting contents are dead except maybe etching.

    I saw a thread a lil while back ( i will try to find it and post link here) where someone explained (i believe they were a programmer themselves based on the in depth explanation) how easy it would be for BHS/EME to create an instanced housing area without taking up very much server resources at all. Not sure why BHS/EME have not thought of this themselves, perhaps they have and are already working on it we just dont know. Anyway im not so much for individual player housing but i definitely would like to see some type of "guild hall" introduced especially now that guilds are more valuable than just a list of people to do stuff with. Would be awesome for each guild to have its own hall to use as a "homebase" without turning it into a competition based thing like skycastles were. Could still make it upgradable and customizable but it would be internal (inside your guilds instanced version of the hall) rather than external like skycastles, some people might not like that they cant "show it off" but id rather everyone be able to have one than have them be only for the top 10 guilds..

    My GF and I would love player housing in Tera. We played Aion for a while and really enjoyed having housing for our chars, it was fun decorating them and crafting items for your home. I stopped crafting in Tera because it was just so unrewarding and imo adding housing items to the crafts would bring players back into the crafting.
    Also having housing gives players something else to do in the game, special items for your home could drop off of BAMs or from bosses in instances. Em could also sell items in their store at a reasonable price to make a little more cash and they could also add special benefits for players who have Elite status. IMO adding housing to Tera would be a good idea and make the game even more fun to play then it already is.

    Housing is always a swell idea. It didn't have to be personalized housing - something as simple as guild housing works too!

    I would love to see housing in Tera! It would give me something to do when there is nothing else to do .. This would keep me in game
