  • I guess it all boils down to what do you want to do with the gold. if what you want can be bought in the store, then it would be better for you to buy it from the store. if for crafting the next weapon or enchanting, then do your vangaurds and bgs .
  • Many ways to make gold -

Playing the broker - Buy low, sell high
Gathering - God's Tears, Pure Cobala Ore, Scarabs, etc
Vanguard Credit's - Turn in for (Masterwork Alk Box) or Crystals to sell
Vanguard Daily's for Tokens - Turn in for Goddess's Tears to sell
Battleground Credits - Selling Designs, Bonzana Boxes, etc
    Grinding Dungeons for Materials

    And of course

    Selling EMP

Many ways, Find one that best suits you.

  • This is the perfect reason why people not plaing Tera this days . Insted of making profit by farming monster to get some gold, now it's just like spam "WTB ALL YOUR EMP PM ME YOUR PRICE". Remember this beauty days when new costumes come up and you could buy dyeable wersion for less than 40k (now on my server is like 150-200k per piece). I think items from tera store should have only one trade option ( after you trade it once it should soulbound to your account, but this is only my point of view).
PS Sorry for my bad english.
  • participate in broken event like mongo event
you can make a lot of gold from there
  • Look, people, I don't want to upset you, and I'm sorry for asking this. It's just, most of the times, I'm alone in this game, and I'm bored to death playing solo all the time, can't find a nice and active guild for some reason, and I want to hit it big. I've been playing this game for 2 years literally speaking with some breaks. I like the farming, the grinding and so on, but it gets very tiring doing them over and over again, I'm not in to pvp either, because I suck, and I'm not particular interested in that, so, I don't see any other option.

I saw the video of that kamikasmthsmth guy, and though it seemed......nice.....it was also very confusing, very fast, and with no sense, at least for me, maybe I have the problem and can't understand what he did. Anyway, I'm only see the option of buying some EMP, but they cost a lot, and I cannot spend 100$ on there, so I'm in a very strict position. Maybe an Elite Status and keep farming/grinding may seem good, I don't know.

If all you want is easy gold and you don't care how people look at you afterwards, then just get a job and on your first paycheck blow some of it on EMP. Then buy a bunch of 30 day elite vouchers and sell them for whatever stupid price it is on the broker right now. In CH I've seen people actually buy them for 90k. I wish I were kidding. On the lowest end it's 75k and on average it's 80k. Sell them slowly so as to not affect demand/supply and keep the prices stable. Once you're done, you can use that gold to play the market or you can just sit on it and be happy that you did in a few days what takes some people months.

Why's that? I mean, what problem the people may have If I had some coin to spend on a game I enjoy just as much as they do, to make my life easier, without hurting anyone? Is it bad? Or against Enmasse/KTera store policy?

Nope, nothing wrong with it. A lot of people do it all the time and there's no rule against it. You're just making gold without actually playing the game in any sense, so some people get butthurt over it.

If you're looking for a friendly guild and are on AV I can assist with that. As for making gold plenty of good suggestions were made in here.

The reason for this is just because people will pay it; 100% supply and demand. And the underlying reason is because the game has no gold sinks, so over time people with gold just keep on getting more and more of it. (Some new content has also ratcheted up the amount of gold that drops.) Keep in mind that no matter how many people buy EMP, it does not generate new gold. The only new gold is generated by the game itself. So if new players are feeling like they're falling behind, it's just because the gulf between the "have" and "have-nots" keeps widening (and if the game made it easier for new players to get more gold, it would also make it easier for veterans to accumulate...). This is partly why EME keeps running events that suppress the price of consumables, so that excess supply makes the consumables more accessible... but it still keeps funneling money to the already-rich on the broker.

There are lots of problems, but it's not quite what it seems at first glance.
  • Here's a tip, OP.

I have 250k for you, if you sell me EMP. Are you on Ascension Valley?

Well what I do is farm the shadecore tokens (lvl67 bams on IoD and daily dungeon) and use those tokens to buy colluva ores which you'll use to craft colluva ingots. It's only viable if you have at least 5 characters; each day you can amass 1200 shadecore tokens and if u do this everyday for a week you can end up with maybe 8400 tokens. Each ore costs 20 shadecore tokens: 8400/20= 420 colluva ores, 420 colluva ores can make 140 colluva ingots and if u sell them at 600 gold each (which is what i usually do but you can set it higher or whatever is appropriate to your server) you can get ~84k in a week. If you do this for a month you could end up with ~336k (estimates, not sure how it is on your server)! I don't know when the new vm8 will be released on NA but until then or the weeks prior to its arrival colluva ingots will be in demand.
