    Well keep waiting lol. Not only do they have to speak about Civil Unrest, but the fact to acknowledge and compensate for a 2 hour downtime that wasn't supposed to happen.

    To be fair it's only almost 11 there and they may be needing to contact BHS who is on a completely different timezone. Please be patient.

    BHS perhaps for the Civil Unrest issues cause thats game related, but I don't think BHS is in need of contacting for servers crashing.

    Yes but I doubt they're going to explain one issue without the other. Also the latest patch could have a bug and that's what caused all of this.

    inb4 none of the patch actually worked. They just wanted the cash shop mounts asap without completely looking like money grubbing something somethings.

    AV was down for another additional hour, so 3 hours total I think.
