1. This game's population is smaller (probably less than 1/8th of what it was compared to before) so it's no wonder there's less people in general spending money on EMP.

2. You don't even need that much gold in the game nowadays compared to before because the essential items to progression --> MWA/MES/FEEDSTOCK/SPELLBIND and their premium counterparts are literally 1/4th the price they were before.

3. With less EMP sellers (concluded from point 1) and less need for actual gold in this game (concluded from point 2 oh and let's throw mongos in there as well) there are LESS emp sellers today and the few that are emp sellers need to sell LESS emp to get MORE mwa/mes/feed/spellbind.

4. From point 3, it's easy to see that with less emp sellers the emp rate is obviously going to go up as free to play players want premium content "for free AKA buying with in game methods" because nobody wants to spend money on a free to play game if they don't have to.

5. As emp rates go even higher (and mwa/mes/feedstock/spellbind continue to go down even more due to stuff like mongos) there will be even less emp sellers because now they can get even more gold and even more materials for even less actual money/emp!

6. Let's also add to the fact that EME is well aware they have to continue making cash shop boxes "worth it". With emp rates now, they have to provide good rng boxes or nobody will buy them. Ironically, by making boxes more "worth it" (just look at 395 inner armor boxes dropping 700 MWA or elin garment boxes!) they further compound the problem. Why should an emp seller sell you his emp for your gold when he can just buy boxes himself and get an obscene amount of mwa/spellbind/mes for himself? Why would buyers buy emp at lower rates if they know the contents of the rng boxes are worth it and you don't even "lose" gold under certain emp rates? The fact is, things in the store are "worth it" and this is what happens --> the new equilibrium has been reached.

7. Using elite as an specific example, if you run the fraywind daily on 2x characters a day per month you essentially got "free elite" because the extra credits from the rep boost daily already cover the cost. From here it's easy to see why people are willing to pay so much for elite because if you are playing often enough to make use of elite, you can easily do the aforementioned 2x dailies a day to get "free elite" each month. Why would people sell it for less when they know other people will buy it for more because they know it's worth it?

Nothing in this game has a fixed priced. I'm not forcing you to buy from me nor am I forcing you to sell to me. It's also impossible to "control the market" for items that are actually necessary (mwa/feed/mes/feedstock) because of how easy it is to get them. Anyone that tells you it's possible to "control the market" on these items has no idea what they're talking about because they haven't tried it but are just it as an excuse to say it's why they're "poor" in the game and can't get what they want.

1. You're using the same broken English as last night so yes, it's safe to assume you're the same person that barged on to my stream spouting incoherent nonsense about how I'm a hacker.

2. So you're complaining about the economy of the game when you yourself don't even chose to participate in it... okay.

3. The game's economy has made it a lot easier now than ever to progress/gear up. If you're quitting because a costume nowadays costs 50k instead of 15k then I don't even know what to say. This game isn't a roleplaying fashion costume simulator and I hope you know that.

4. I already explained why EMP rates have gone up and again, why should a emp seller sell for lower than they could get/why should an emp buyer buy for more than they have to? Everything has reached an equilibrium based on the players involved.

5. I find getting gold in this game fun and the only thing I find interesting/personally challenging. Of course you don't need this much gold but why should that stop me from having my fun in this game?

6. Everyone has had the same opportunity to buy items that I'm buying. In fact, I don't even spend that much time on this game so in reality I'm probably paying more than I need to for most things because 1. I press buy now so I always pay the tax and 2. I'm offline a lot so I miss a lot of good buying opportunities.

7. I can't put it in clearer words than what I've already said. Also, do I have to state how hilarious/stupid it is if people are actually quitting over costumes (that AREN'T EVEN NECESSARY FOR THE GAME'S PROGRESSION!) going up in price??? If that is the cause, you're as much of a joke as your name.

8. Like I said before, it's impossible to control the marketplace on items that actually matter. If you really REALLY think an elin costume is the make or break for you in this game then it's probably better you leave the game.

Having a gold cap sounds stupid. There is a limit to items you can put in broker. It's 50 per character.

I think this thread is done if the only thing @LaughingJack can can do is call others names.

The only thing I know about Kamizuma from the forums is about his/her wealth in Tera, I don't really know him/her in Tera or what his/her characters are but if En Masse has not banned Kamizuma ... then maybe... Kamizuma isn't doing anything wrong or... someone has yet to submit report!

I've never received any gold from Kamizuma that wasn't used to buy an item and even then I can only remember one time and iirc he paid a little more then the current going rate at that time. Everything I've said is based off the few conversations I've had with him and the many times I've seen him post on the forums.
