Yes, multiple members from my guild experienced the issue. Some are from California and Washington while others are from as far as Australia.

- Everyone was yelling lag, Abilities sluggish before myself and others in the group disconnected.

I've been having extreme chat lag, disconnected during Echoes, and just 10 minutes ago literally 4 members of my DFNM raid got disconnected from the game right before the verno fight. Right before they disconnected all members, including me, were trying to type and complaining about the chat lag. I don't know where my other members were from but I'm pretty sure this is occurring everywhere not just locally.

Edit2: Just happened again while in Celestial Arena, no dc but lagged to death.

@Spacecats @Treeshark Normally I wouldn't suggest this but is an emergency maintenance not in order?
For one, I am in Florida and have redundant internet connections - one Frontier/FiOS, the other BrightHouse, separate media, separate NAPs, separate computers - and on multiple occasions ALL computers utilizing EITHER ISP disconnected AT THE SAME TIME. This has happened from FWC, DFHM, KDHM, Highwatch, Velika, the Civil Unrest BG, and has been experienced by guildies and IMers from other servers/clusters alike.
Don't pull a Blizz, guys. This is a problem with EnMasse infrastructure, not end user equipment. If you need someone to help scale your server networks properly, PM me. I'm a techie and I have contacts that have certifications from various vendors.
Oh, and if your sysadmin is telling you that it must be end user PEBKAC problems, please send him to the unemployment office. If you're asking for data as a stall tactic to resolve, please don't. All of the data you need to troubleshoot this problem should be available from your datacenter or system admin. And if you don't have anyone on staff that knows how to use a packet sniffer... you guys did know you're a software company, right? This would be like trying to have a Formula1 race car team staffed by special-ed expel-lees of farm tractor repair school.
