Level 65 HM versions of old dungeons for content filler between big updates
Was thinking it would be kind of cool if during the lull between content patches they made a couple of the old school dungeons have lvl 65 only HM versions. Something as simple as just buffing everything in the dungeon. Don't know how it would really play out but seems like it could be fun. A dungeon like Ebon Tower, are there even mechanics in this? Don't know cause no-one runs it except for at 65 for the achievements and at that level you one shot everything. Now boom all the mobs are lvl 65+ it's a whole new playground. Also seems like it would take little effort to implement.

I've made several attempts for En Masse to implement something like this. Contacted almost everyone, only @Spacecats responded on old forums and I was even able to get the attention of Kimmander in AMA... But in the end, Lawllipops failed to address the suggestion on stream and now Crusades is no more...
For older dungeons however... I'm not sure how they'd update it to fit level 65 classes and the old loot table.

As for "Blast from the past"
It would be neat to re-introduce it. At least it's something a bit different then the normal.
Let alone your running with people Leveling, and are giving them a helping hand.
But from what i do recall. The equalized gear was terrible for the Higher-Leveled players.
Make some tweaks to it, Since they are indeed. Helping the leveler's out after all.
WH isn't popular because it's a raid dungeon where 1 player can wipe whole run (aggro mobs with tank/waste potion/there's no one to do cage). This design is really bad for IM and 10-man LFG takes forever. It's not because it's old. Also, some ppl like me get like half of usual fps there.
I think bringing back old dungeons is a wonderful idea. ABHM event was quite popular, why can't we have 1 event dungeon all the time (changing like every 2-3 weeks)? Even both NM and HM? I already miss BR and I'd love to see older dungeons with stats adjusted to current gear, not much work to bring them back and it's a lot of high quality brand new content for ppl who hadn't been playing Tera yet when they were up. WH was quite popular for a few weeks, it just have stayed here for too long.

The Fps durps are kinda annoying and frustrating. Especially since it's a Dungeon (Instance)
So the only enjoyment i get out of that place is watching people failing @ Lights or Clearing off the Poisons.
As for Bringing back removed content? I dunno, they seem to do that anyway periodically.
So it's possible they might bring back BR, or RG, or hell even Rifts Edge eventually.
But personally, I'm not a fan of reusing old content over and over.
If their going to keep bringing it back, why even remove it in the first place?
Just update it when the time comes.
That already happens anyways since a lot of characters being leveled are alts anyways.
If they can get the skill disparity issues solved (and maybe give us slightly better armor), I could see this as a good side activity.
Yea but it's not that much of an issue now than as it was with Blast from the Past.
When Bluehole brings back old dungeons, they either butcher it (Vault of Kaprima) or just make it too easy/boring (WHHM). ABHM isn't plagued by filler monsters and it only has two bosses, I still find it pretty easy.
