Listen, I know the team get's a lot of hate, not everything runs the way it should at all times. There is so much rage at the lack of dragons that I think people are forgetting the team who even makes this game possible.

That is why I am going to give them a thank you.

@Treeshark @Spacecats Thank you both for being so involved in the community, for giving us events, for doing the streams and for all you do for us. Others may not feel the same but I feel you deserve some appreciation.

    Thank you enmasse for being an amazing publisher and doing what you can to keep everyone happy !

    BHS seem to be ones causing issues, atleast its starting to feel that way. Sending untested patch files and messing with our dragons.

    Well, hopefully the dragon issues show EME can't really just do what ever they want without BHS saying it's ok like people seem to think.

    I also want to thank the extraordinary efforts made by the support staff. Somehow we still have 24-48 hour response times despite FF, new guild system, and tons of incidental broken things.

    EME's efforts are to deliver the best gaming experience they can within the constraints and limitations they find themselves in has been commendable.

    They are part of the reason why I still play TERA.

    The twitch streams, the plentiful events (planned and unplanned), the responsiveness to player input to tweak some of the terrible design decisions by BHS and their willingness to take a pie to face from grumps in order to hear the constructive suggestions from the community are things rarely seen among MMORPG publishers.

    While the latest update has been rough, especially w.r.t. the controversial dragon mounts and the overall player sentiment isn't quite as good as it could be, I still have faith in EME.

    I think here is a good place to also bring up the amazing choice made by having Spacecats be our CM. He has done a pretty good job and is very friendly to everybody.
