Friend of mine is basically using a potato to run KTera and has no problem with it. He used to have a lot of problems getting it to lock onto targets but after the update he hasn't had an issue.
it has nothing to do with your computer power, it's latency.
I play from Australia and rapid fire (30% of an archers DPS) is completely broken, apparently you don't have to play from Australia to have problems, some say it is broken if your ping is over 100ms. We come to accept a lot of bugs in TERA, but I will never understand bugs like this, it simply should not be present in a professional product.
Like I said he used to have that problem all of the time until this most recent K-tera update. It really fixed his issue with Rapid fire.
@narkfestmojo slow rapid fire is not a bug, is a skill completely dependent on latency, low ping fast skill, high ping slow skill.
