Having Json parse and 500ms ping

Since 5 hours ago im having Json parse error and my ping stays above 500ms. I didnt disconnected though. Im aware that people having lag spikes and DC recently but i wasnt affected during that period. I dont think this is on my end as my pingtest shows normal result. This also happened several month ago where my ping stays above 500ms for a whole week. Seriously a whole week doing gathering quest? I dont want to go through that ever again.

    SAME USUALLY 280ms NOW 500~700ms AND REQUESTED TIMED OUT

    Same thing happened to me, my ping is around 522 and 530, all my skills were delayed by around 2 seconds. I dc'ed twice, tried relogging, restarting computer, repairing Tera Launcer and it is still the same. Sent a support ticket waiting for response for now .__. Any ideas how long it takes for enmasse support to respond?

    usually 3 days but... its weekend so it gonna be much longer
