I think actually getting it to work is what everyone wants. "Compensation" in the form of things like double drops/mongos/ect. will only cause more problems for a game already plagued with problems.

That is obvious but I am trying to give something else a focus here besides the flaming and negativity that is brewing on the forums at the moment. At the moment we need to look forward not backward.

And what is there to look forward to when EME have made it clear that they have no desire or ability to improve? BHS are making the game more and more P2W, and EME are just making it worse. P2W summons in the GvG area? [filtered] really? Well, not like it seems like the GvG is ever going to happen at this point.

Last week they promised to improve. Despite that they did literally nothing. Why should we believe them this time?

Also, anger isn't a problem if it's justified. Stop being an apologist.

And there are plenty of threads to spread your rage. Keep it out of this one.

No. To hell with your apologist, [filtered]-kissing attitude. Besides, you know very well that they're just going to delete all the threads but one and pretend that nothing is wrong, just like always.

They should scrap the double drop event, it's basically useless. Not many people want it as it will break the economy even more than it is and the majority of players are tired of the current content and are not in need of more resources.

What they should do is give us the illusion of the conflict. Simply put they should go spawn the 6 bams, in the conflict zone, in 2 set times (with notice in advance - I'll get to this in a min). This way we get the pvp we didn't get for conflict and we get the loot, while not adversely affecting economy as it would have been the same effect had it gone off as planned.

Communication. EME needs to get on this. Announcements need to be put out in advance of a change or event, not just 24 hours or 10 hours or 2 hours before it happens. Let people plan. I do not see how hard it is to plan events prior to a situation and communicate that effectively. There is no one place to find information. some of its on stream, son reddit, it might be on the forums, maybe its a GM passing someone by in Velika its a literal joke atm. No one (players) has any idea whats going on until its halfway through or you were lucky enough to log on to replenish you daily power buff.

If EME wants to use all three or more media communication devices then @Spacecats you need to update ALL of the platforms. That means on stream, on the forums and on reddit. At a MINIMUM. On top of that really it should be on the calendar (is that not what it is for?) and newsletters etc.
  • Tbh, re applying the older patch wouldn't be a bad idea, get rid of this buggy content, bring back DSU (which was removed for genunuinely no reason)..

That is likely impossible without a rollback which could and probably would create more issues then it would solve.
  • By the way, let me just point out that there have been several threads about how to improve and how to make up for the destroyed trust in EME. If duplicate threads are bad, why aren't you posting in them instead of making your own? Not only that, but there have been many suggestions from people on this board. What exactly have EME done in response? Literally nothing. Why make another thread with the same suggestions repeated yet again, only to have EME completely ignore them except for some obvious lies in the form of "we're totally listening this time guys we promise" responses?
  • Nothing they could DO would fix this. Release a patch and we haven't been able to even see the "headline" feature of the patch. Can't understand how this could happen two weeks in a row. Did you test it after the first one failed to fire before just leaving on Friday and saying "Hopefully it will work this weekend"?
  • We want alice dress

    For free

    Make it happen
  • To be fair to him my thread is more general and vysse's is directed fully at compensation.
  • have a pvp tournament for compensation it's only right

with how unprepared and unpolished EVERY P.O.S theyre pushing out I'd like to see a livestream where they show what they actually do in a typical work day.

What I want to ensure is that if civil unrest doesnt happen next week eme can livestream @CobaltDragon repeatedly slapping @Spacecats hands until he cant post anymore false hope "damage control" nonsense.

This is what testers are for people instead of hiring community staff who all happen to have blue hair hire some [filtered] testers and let @CobaltDragon run the events instead.
The issue is they need a live server or something like that for it to work. They have a team that does test the patch but the server is probably a small one with a handful of accounts on it. That doesn't always simulate the same conditions as the actual servers. Even in Treeshark's post he says " We had it working but obviously, as of a few hours ago, it did not."
  • They honestly should just ask the playerbase for help like most other major games do through test realms. Could just ask manifest and solunar to help them test it for 15 minutes.
