Time to perform a maintenance on your computer!

    • Clean computer of malware.
    • Scan Windows with SFC and CHKDSK.
    • Update Windows and drivers.

I know nVidia has the option to do a clean install during installation, not sure about AMD/ATI.

I'm a newbie to this computer stuff so can you go into a bit more detail what stuff like sfc and chkdsk is and exactly how to do it?
and my computer used to do this before to it would randomly start blue screening like two years ago so my bro had re installed windows but I don't know how to do that again D:
and I ran avast and it said there were no viruses O.O
and I also had tried to update my drivers but it messed up that resolution and made it way smaller so everything look distorted so i had to remove the update driver :/ oh yeah and i use windows 7
