About Rally Quests
Here's what I know or think I know about Rally quests, please correct me if I'm wrong.
1. Rally quest is a guild quest that can be accepted only once a day per server.
2. The quest appears at an rng time every day, although the deck is suppose to be stacked towards NA times. (This is broken and the quest pops everyday at 5 am pst directly after daily reset)
3. The player that accepts the quest gets a scroll and location (location can be found on the guild quest window) to summon and has 2 hours to summon
4.a Upon BAM death the raid that does the most damage gets serious loot. (Note: this is raid not guild based)
4.b The 2nd and 3rd highest raids get lesser loot and gold.
4.c The guild that summoned the BAM gets credit for the quest when the BAM is dead regardless of which raid does the most damage.

correct how ever now or atm since the thursday patch it does not show the rally quest in the quest options when another guild has the quest like it used to/should, also the system is pretty faulty as we have guilds scripting to get the quest, also the loot, it is not necessarily r1 in dps that gets the good loot, there have been instances where yes they get the most gold but the imp boxes went to r2 in terms of damage done to the bam.
I play at reset time and since they tried to shift the rng towards NA times the quest has reset with daily at 5am. It is more concerning that EME commented about rng instead of realizing that it resets with the daily now.
