Rally Guild Quest Monopoly

Ok! This Quest System Sucks we all know that already, but what about one guild always, everyday, getting all the quests? In MT Manifest is like getting all of them everyday! Let me at least curious, no one else is seeing this?

  • I see it, everyday, but nobody seems to care. So, my next step is make use of an automated program ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Shhh, we can't talk about how they are doing it because that's against the rules. But actually doing it? That's all fine and dandy.
  • i mean the guy who's getting the quests for manifest and manifest alt guilds has already admitted to using a bot program to accept the quests when they happen but none of that matters cause eme isnt gonna do anything about it

Seems like another attack with rumor towards me. Well, I have failed to accept the rally quest for 3-4 days. Other members or another guild took it. Ask any manifest member who took the quest during last 3-4 days.

So..please correct guy > guys, at least.

Indeed, I have never took the quest with a character in manifest.

I do not know why ppl say I have admitted to using a bot. Show me the screenshot! or give personal msg with your evidence. Otherwise...would you please stop spreading a rumor?

This wouldn't be such a problem if they just made it to where every guild that hits the BAM and is present for when it dies would get credit for the quest, not just the guild that can accept the quest before any other guild can.

"But then there won't be any more competition!" The system where the top 3 highest damaging raids/parties will get the loot will still exist.

Also, notice that the quest is called a rally quest. For the rally quests I was able to make it to, I have been seeing less and less people come to the BAM spawns. I don't know about you, but that, along with the increased amount of guilds taking all/most of the rally quests and waiting to summon the bam, whether it's to troll or wait for friends to get on, CAN'T be a coincidence. It's not really a rally quest if very few people show up for it.

I can assure you the loot from the BAM is nerfed if there is less people that hit the BAM. This is because everytime there is 100+ people hitting the BAM we see ~3-4 imperator smart boxes drop, while other times for example yesterday when servers crashed right after a rally quest was accepted there were maybe 30 people hitting the BAM and only 1 imperator smart box dropped. I've seen it happen too many times for it to be a coincidence so overall it's not a broken system tbh.

Imperator isn't the only reward, otherwise it's unlikely guilds would cheat to get it, as they could just (at least on a pvp server) still slaughter the smaller guild and take it anyways, and on a PvE server the better geared guild would get the drops regardless as well. The issue is also the experience rewarded is ~700 which means if your guild isn't getting the Rally quest you fall very far behind.

There already too much he said she said drama, if you think some one is cheating by using a bot or a macro then report them, allow En Masse the chance to investigate. It is easy to see where the desire to cheat would come from, out leveling other guilds at a much higher rate would provide a clear advantage in early Civil Unrest. Though it is assumed that the Civil Unrest will never be won on larger servers.
  • TERA relies on micro-transactions and Elite subscriptions to continue running, They aren't going to do anything to Manifest when so many of them have spent thousands of dollars on this game.

It's clear that something nefarious is going on if the same guild can continue getting those quests each and every day. With so many people online, the odds of them getting it each time is absurdly low unless they're using a bot.

the first half of this statement is true, the primary income for the game to stay up and running is emp/elite purchases. however i can promise you that EME doesnt care how much you spent on the game, if you break their rules they will ban you, i have a friend that was perm banned for a chat violation and had spent thousands in game as well.

I've seen people get away with quite a bit, so I have my doubts that a friend of yours was permanently banned for a chat violation.

We have alot of people with permission to accept the guild quests and this way we have someone on 24/7 who is able to accept guild quests so yeah not our fault ur guild isnt as active.

Nobody believes that you have multiple people staring at the guild screen and accepting the Rally Quest within mere seconds of it popping up, and doing that consistently for 2 weeks. Other guilds [like mine] are doing the very same thing, and not getting it. Don't mess people around.
  • We've grabbed Rally without bots on MT, so I doubt Mani is using bots. Suffering got the one this morning. I in fact haven't seen Mani take one since it started popping at reset.
