    If players repeatedly hold on to quests until they disappear just to make people mad that is called griefing. You may think it's appropriate just because it's doable, but if no one else is allowed to participate then bam rally quests may as well not exist.

There is nothing "repeatedly" about this situation man, it happened once. You're also still trying to assign intent to another player's actions when you really have no idea what they could be thinking. You're not getting the point of other peoples arguments and you jump to these way out-there conclusions. Do you realize that you just said the rally quests might as well not exist? You know people got the quest this morning, we got experience and we got drops. It definitely might as well exist.

    If you continue like this, I'm going to start thinking you can't be helped.

    Rallying Summon Quest is too controlled of an event for such a biased server full of individuals who are concerned with themselves and granting them said power to accept a quest like that, then they must go to a designated area and use a summoning scroll at their own will to cause other guilds to come.

    "NEW ADDITION: Rally quests work differently than the other types. The member who accepts the quest receives a scroll with which they can summon the indicated world boss at a specific location. (Only this summoned version counts for quest completion). Notifications are then sent to all other guilds, who may choose to oppose the guild’s efforts to defeat the boss."


    Proposal to fix the issue:
    1. Force spawn the bam at the end of the timer and penalize the guild for not using the summoning scroll by giving them a penalty on their gquest logs.
    2. Edit the scroll settings and add a timer onto it forcing the players to use the scroll within an hour or 45 minutes of receiving the item to force guilds to cause the event instead of holding it back and wasting everyones time.
    3. Create another version of it in the style of nexus or dreamstorm that allows all players into the zone at the designated time to auto enter into the event instead of granting guilds, players, or cliques of friends the power to cause an event to start in the first place. You guys already made three servers merge into each other and made it into a "level 65 only pvp server." The intent of many people on this server is ill and it already shows by this forum "debate/bashing" post even having to be a thing in the first place.
    4. Restrict this to guilds that are owned by level 65 characters and is an active guild in the first place instead of giving it to inactive level 1 guilds.
    5. Grant the quest to guilds that have exceeded past level 10-20 to prevent alt guilds to gain the quest in the first place.

    EME you guys have the choice either to fix this on your own or let this continue on to be a shitfest of future forum posts which will be something you clearly don't want due to possible griefing / witch hunting slanderous posts that you guys will be forced to clean up each texted comment or delete more [filtered] posts as it is than you guys already want. I'm sure you guys have the knowledge and coding capabilities to make this an easy fix and a quick prevention within due time.

    First of all, all these complaints wouldn't even be here if the rally doesnt pop up at 5AM pst everyday. you guys already messed that up to begin with.     How do you expect us to get evidence on someone using a third party? we're not the ones with the game log. If the same person from the same guild getting the quest everyday is not enough evidence then what is? tell me what kind of evidence you want? getting it the first day can be lucky, second day is still believable , third is already sketching but 4th straight day is not even luck anymore. how the eff can the same person get the quest everyday when hes going against the server.
    The Civil unrest event is the perfect example of you guys not knowing how to do anything right. implanting such a big event and not have anyone in the office to make sure things are going right is stupid. first week was kind of acceptable but second week and still have no one at the office to monitor the event? really now? like really?
    not doing anything to those people is fine but fix the damn quest and actually make it rng please. do something right for once.

    For whatever it's worth, I'm 100% convinced that EME does not themselves have the capability to fix this at all, and I really seriously doubt BHS is going to spend the time to fix it properly either. My guess: the content will be disabled/removed due to all the bugs, and maybe re-imagined some time later.

    I have proposal for rally quests. Make it so one guild can only claim one rally quest a week (resets with weekly bonus). Its very disheartening when one guild takes quest every single day, even after maintenance. What is the point of trying hard to do all quests every day when one guild just rises up 3 levels every day. There are several of us spamming refresh and trying to click and its always same person, same guild. More and more people are getting angry every day.
    If you restrain it in this way, they can still participate in rallies for loot, so there shouldn't be any complaints. This is a way to make it a bit more fair even if there are mods/bots/scripts or whatever being used.

    @Spacecats please at least consider this

    Actually, WHY would they discard it? If they wanted anything at all, that would be their biggest bargaining chip. What IS apparent is that they asked to see some PvP, some action, like in a significant amount. They asked to see a real fight with a clear winner and a clear loser eg. wipe Desync. Now what is REALLY obvious is that no such thing happened, so my real question to everyone who wanted something DONE about the situation yesterday is, why didn't YOU do anything yesterday?

    Why should we have to bend to the whim of a single person for whats meant to be a server wide event?
    You honestly make me want to go onto your server and do the same thing everyday; go "hur hur wipe dis guild and mb i'll think bout it hurhur"
    Then change my demands to killing specific players 5min later...Then claim i discarded it..Then still want desync wiped.
    You either weren't there, or you were one of the griefers.
