I recently went from tier 3 to 4, someone told me you get one every time you level up your tier, is that true? Because i didnt get it.

    I didn't get either, although I went from tier 6 to7 with streamcode while offline from game.

    You should get it one once only via e-mail. I got one last week when I went from tier 5 to 6.

    There's no such reward for reaching a new Tier level, only spending EMP, Stream codes, Paid Elite sub, or in-game event where its a prize like Kyra's Potion shack. You can't go on just people's words cuz they like to BS you sometimes.

    Open Tera Rewards interface and see first tab for benefits.

    From Tier 5 to 6 I got 750 Reward Credits via parcel mail.

    The very top item on the list in the Rewards window is a progress bar that's labeled "Box full of Reward Credits" that goes up with every level, indicating you're meant to get the next box. Every level. For whatever reason, tier 4 is bugged and has never given out the credits. 1-3 and 5 are fine, but tier 4 never has for anyone. Dunno about 6+, but since nobody asks about those I'm guessing they're fine, too.

    You have to be in the game when you level up your tier to get the credit box, send in a ticket and you should get it sent to you.

    Ive gone up multiple levels on two chars and never seen that.

    weird... i level up from tier 2 to tier 6 and they always send me credit box through parcel mail. I didnt know that some people bugged on tier 4.
