Not sure what server you're on but MWA here on CH is 25g each and tier 10 feedstock is 30g each. SO it certainly hasn't dropped. MWA is still decent price, but you cant really farm them without double in GG. Feedstock is the issue, and if something isn't done about it, the prices will be a nightmare when vm8 arrives.
The game is already dead even during peak times and hard to find people to run stuff now. Even now probably most people not selling their items and waiting till it's safe to sell but adding a permanent event would probably not be a good idea.
I do like those events like fighting bosses like Darkan and Shandra Manaya in open world but the prizes need to be meaningful but not in a way that would hurt "already hurt" tera economy.

Doesn't sound stupid when you consider some TERA players can't get online due to the storm and or power outages right now.
@feazeshero don't forget east coast got hit by the hurricane and many missed the weekend event too.
I know at least 15 people who missed the events due to the Hurricane and they are upset that it was not taken into consideration. I don't think they should make it go for nearly a month but I do think they should have another weekend ofi t.
Agreed, a makeup weekend for those of us that missed it would be nice. I wouldn't want it to happen for the whole month, but parts of NC and SC for instance may not have power even this weekend. So EME and please @Spacecats and @Treeshark consider this for all of us that missed it. Thank you.
But yes if including this past weekend, I agree that they should make another double or triple drop event for another weekend because there were many people affected by the hurricane this past weekend.
yes the weekend the hurricane hit was a bad thing... knocked me out of the game mid Saturday and missed at least two days of the event.
If they bring the event back, it would be a nice thing for those of us that didn't get it at all (florida people) and for those of us that only was able to do it for all of friday and not much of Saturday.
Still there many places without power here in the Carolinas, so doing a repeat event this weekend would be just as bad. But doing another event next weekend of October 22 would be better.
