FPS problems
Hey, im experiencing very very low fps. this is my spec
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: 4 Processor running at 3.4G
RAM: 7.95GB
Free drive space: 457.3GB
DirectX: 12
GTX 960 Windforce 4gb
I already asked support for assistance but their answer wasnt satisfying and working at all. Just typical copy paste and so on.
My pc isnt one of these weak ones . Have any of you ever experienced fps like 14-18? Its drama for me....
Tried every possible guide but nothing works. Have you got any tricks that helped you? Please share then
PS. I didnt really know in which section my question should be posted , if its wrong section please move it to the good one

In fact, there was a post like this, like 2 days ago.
What kind of Quad Core CPU is it? AMD, Intel? AMD doesn't have as good of single-thread performance as Intel does which can and does contribute to low framerate.
Uninstall/reinstall your graphics drivers. If you have the default ones Windows 10 gives you, that could be a problem. Go onto Nvidia's website and get their latest drivers and install those.
Do you run Tera through steam or standalone? Reinstalling the game from scratch may help.
Also, given that you are listing almost 500Gb of HDD free space, I'm assuming you're running this on a mechanical hard drive and not an SSD? Is this by chance a laptop? Because Laptop HDDs spin at a lower RPM and have slower access times than both regular HDDs and SSDs. This can cause issues with textures/maps not loading and that'll affect your FPS as well.
Then of course your typical flair of: Antivirus full scan, Malware Scan, Disk Cleanup, and Defrag if you're using a mechanical drive.
Reinstalling W10 may help only if you did a download upgrade and something got messed up in the process. If you did a fresh install of W10, then reinstalling it won't help you any.
Not all upgrade installs have this issue, but it does seem to be a problem that happens because of it.
But you're welcome to retry all the things that haven't worked for anyone else, and then eventually realize that a full install of Windows 10 fixes it (also a good opportunity to upgrade to UEFI install with GPT partition.).
