    Um... Warrior won't be getting a nerf friend. Warrior is known for being a top 1v1 class, but outside of that and 3s they are known for being almost useless in any PvP that's larger :/ as well as you are playing a slayer, which is considered the weakest class in PvP currently :c so it makes it even worse for you.

    SLAYER is currently sucks, I see very few people playing with him, only who is a fan of the class that continues to use.
      Virtually all classes have more damage than a slay!
    Their skills are easy to escape and cause dsync all the time. If the opponent has a erring with 20% of stun reduce your combos are extremely limited because the damn Stuning Backhand very little hard and you do not have time to use Kick.

    Win reaper with the same skills you is impossible or you need to be lucky. Socerer, lancer, warrior and even zerk can easily counter a slayer.

    Well it evolves from Backstab to stagger -> Backstab hero, which isn't much more of a step up beyond having good ping.

    Backstab is a stupid skill, plain and simple. It's basically a lock-on stun with no cast time. And unfortunately, it's right at the center of a Warrior's kit and that's why Warrior PvP is difficult to balance. BHS gives warrior a skill that forces opponents to work around it and balance that by making everything else a Warrior does sub-par.

    I see a lot of people overrating Berzerkers and Warriors here due to their 1v1 potential. Here's the thing...the only two PvP modes that really matter right now are FWC and CU. Both of which are mass PvP. Corsairs is ded. 3's is usually ded. Therefore 1v1 really isn't a good indicator of a classes value in the current state of the game. All that really matters right now is how much AOE cc your class can bring to the table. This is why Reapers are the only class in the game that I would honestly consider overpowered right now, since their AOE stagger spam is unmatched.

    If you die to a Zerker 100-0 KD lock or a backstab warrior in 1v1. Well yeah, it's annoying to get 100-0d from crowd control, but in any real fight that matters in the current meta how often will that actually happen? Warrior backstab combo always gets peeled in FWC. Zerkers KD Lock, assuming TS doesn't desync, will be disrupted long before that priest reaches anywhere near 50% health. Hell most Zerks I See in FWC just use mocking shout and rush in trying to snipe with fully charged shots because they know frontloaded damage is better than trying to stagger-stun-kd-fear-etc a single target.

    1v1 isn't really a thing that happens outside VO.

    I agree that warriors are definitely not near as valuable in game modes such as CU or FWC. However, warrior is the most overpowered class in the game in soloq 3s. As someone who only plays this game to queue 3s, its really annoying to get 100-0 in 1 backstab combo every single game because warriors can hit 83k scythes. Even reapers who are ridiculously strong require more skill to "setup" than a warrior. It's just annoying that people try and justify how broken a class is in 3v3 because they aren't that broken in mass PvP as well. In team 3s warrior is much less effective, and so its not a big deal in the team setting. But in soloq its just faceroll easy to win in arena. Maybe why every warrior on MT is ranked in 3v3.
  • ^ You are confusing a class problem with a gear problem.

    EQ gear has always been [filtered] due to nonsensical attack speed rolls, low crit resist, high power, no CDR, and just in general being something that no sane PvPer would ever choose to roll freely.

    Blade Draw and Scythe do way too much damage imo. Not only in 3's
    As said many times before in this thread i think, there are combos that even started with 0 edges on D Stance can easily kill the enemy from 100% HP to 0 in the same gear outside 3's. (D Stance 9~10 edges combo)
    Blade Draws can do about 25k minimum if both hits crit which is a lot for a skill that resets that easily and means too much if you consider that you can use it on the back of your enemy up to 3 times during a backstab combo and then finish it with Scythe that deals at least 60k.
    Their damage on some skills is just too high and not only in EQ BGs
    And also..make all BGs non-EQ and we will see the PvP community getting smaller and smaller. Idk how people getting kicked all the time for being low geared while they are trying to farm so they can try to PvP is a good idea, unless the EQ gear is actually decent.

    Uh.. i tested those combos with a friend on Schisma patch. I had +15 Tensus Armor&+12 Tensus Boots and he was full Schisma; he took 85% of my HP if he was lucky to get 2 Blade Draw Resets. No consumables, my crit resist is about 200 using aura.
    And no, im not exaggerating..im guessing you just want to see it that way or in my server and my BGs, Warriors dont work properly ._. Many Warriors agree that their class has more damage than it should; and it really does.

    Idk how what you said would help the PvP community but ok lol, its already like that tho; Slaugh Weapon + Belt is enough to give you your gear instead of getting EQ.
    At least you recognize the mid tier PvE armor is terrible in PvP. (the difference between DN and Slaugh Weapons isnt that big btw, specially if you take youll be hitting geared ppl.)

    Warrior is probably the worst class for Fwc, since this game is full of aoe cc its really hard to finish a backstab combo as warrior, and its nearly impossible build edge against someone, because even by accident someone can stagger you spamming keys.
