    That does about sum it up nicely. Like most MMOs with NA servers, Tera will eventually be mostly Brazilian players. It will hang around for another decade or so though. Take a very old game like Rappelz as an example. Perhaps they know this and thus the partiership with a Brazilian EMP seller.

    imp boxes as well as it was BoE sf are totally wrong. VM gear should be farmed and crafted, not to get for like 3 minutes of effort.

    Lol Ive been participating in those Rally quest with my guild mate and once I did not get any of those imperator boxes. So yah its still freaking RNG

    It is around 1 or 2 boxes for the top 2 raids. Ine's raid first has to win than one has to win the roll. Winning every other day at about 30 min to setup a raid, summon, and kill each raid member would have a box after a month and 15 hours of effort. Fast compared to farming, but not all that fast.
