I do agree the rewards and the spawn time is absolutly [filtered] [filtered] but gotta deal with it for now.
It's not some specific degree of detail that would only be applied to quests or some sort of foresight. Game logs are unified, they either work in milliseconds or they don't. It's not like XP gain is in milliseconds, quest accepting is in seconds, item disposal is in minutes and char creation is in hours. What I'm basing my argument on is they they didn't say they can't see the cheating, just that they can't be sure if it's cheating. To me that says that they don't want to decide on where the line between human and script lies, which is perfectly understandable and I would accept as an explanation. But this helpless child routine just doesn't sit well with me.
That's not actual proof either. Just because I'm having a conversation with you about robbing a bank doesn't mean I'm a bank robber. Even if I told you that I robbed a bank, that's still not proof, I am, after all, allowed to lie.

You can never truly think it through, there's always somebody smarter who'll see what you missed. That's why they are supposed to take action and deter people from exploiting in such an obvious manner. Obviously, the design of the system is absurd as exploitation is not only guaranteed but also has a huge impact on the game itself. I, personally, would've gone with some sort of arena where the mob spawns and the guild that deals the most damage gets the quest. But, hey, it's their sandbox, we just get to play in it. If they want to do stupid things and then shrug when it goes south, that's their choice.
Apply salt.
How do you script a rally that's based on who the fastest person to get online is?
don't need evidence statistically its near impossible
