It is actually present today in EU. I'll load up the game and post a picture from their Dressing Room in just a sec.
Edit: Okay, actually, I was sure that I had seen it in-game before in EU, but looking at the Fashion Coupon store now the only the ones they have showing are the ones we have, and the only version they have available on the cash shop are the same as we have now. So either a) they never had it and I was just imagining things, or b) it was some sort of mistake and they've since removed it. It's probably the former -- maybe indeed I was just thinking of the various promotions that used the wrong art.
Yeah, sorry, see my edit above but I was wrong. At the very least, if it ever was in EU, it's not there now. At the moment they have the same as us.
So just blame everything on Bluehoe and give up?

Lie about EME milking people with paid version of the dragons will not change the fact that you guys are actually doing it.
i only talked about applying civil unrest patch nothing else, everything you stated is true, and yes on NA is easier to +15 anything but i am saying about pure amateurs leading eme atm, how can others (Japanese tera as well) have it work 100% correctly while NA is the only one that failed...3 weeks in a row
Have you ever considered that maybe there were legal issues with those items? Perhaps it was mentioned that their release were canceled and you so happened to miss that information? You should also consider that BHS decided not to release that item(s) in NA.
There are faults with the way the situation was handled in my opinion (mostly not being there live on the second weekend), but the plain facts of the way the bug manifested itself given the nature of the issue make perfect sense. Some bugs are such that they are really hard to reproduce. Even the largest software companies in the world run into bugs like this all the time.
But for here is a small example: Remember the new weapon cover? EU deals with this kind of things in 2 ways: 1 rng boxes (but more exoensive then on NA) AND "im rich so [filtered] u box" this box costs 4200 TT (emp) which equals 220€ which is around 233$ or so. For having the costume, weapon cover, mount 100% for sure. I think thats [filtered] af because the loot u get from regular rng boxes are [filtered]. We got like 50 stacks of alkahest in those dragin boxes which is REALLY good because on eu you can buy 15 stacks of mwa and 10 keys (for boxes) for 6$
EME is having some troubles lately but I dont prefer the 130 ping over the 25 ping on eu if its not for eme because Im playing on NA since 2 years now and I never regret it.
The key question is whether it is actually still there in K-TERA and if they ever sold it. I thought it was in EU too, but it's definitely not there now anyway -- not on the broker, not in the cash shop, not in the dressing room. I guess maybe it's only in skycastles? Maybe it was never released on the store in EU either, and only on the store in K-TERA?
In any case, if it's on the skycastle store, at least it's "there."
