What are all the changes being made in Spellbound?

Bye bye stamina system.
Bye bye charms and nostrums.
In return you can buy the Everful Nostrum from the usual vendors I.e. Speciality merchants. Which includes power/enduring/infused charms. Battle nostrum/ Crit scroll.
I will add more when I get on my PC at home.
Wait are shade tokens being removed?
update: NM apparently Shade tokens will become (old) and no longer drop and the tokens before that will be corroded and unsuable while both will replaced by "X"cede tokens (undercede,etc)

i dont know which ones you are talking about with regards to (underdawn, dawnfall, and dawnstorm).
were these the tokens used before the current IoD pink blue and green token ?(undershadeshadecore shadetop)
after spellbound, the current set of tokens will be replaced again with a new one. the current ones will still be usable, but not obtainable, and the older ones will no longer have a use.
Remove Consumables and NPC Sellprice:
Healing Draught Version X can be sold to NPC for 55g
Heal Potion Version X can be sold to NPC for 3g50s
Mana Potion Version XI can be sold to NPC for 5g50 and X for 8g50
Mana Draught Version X can be sold to NPC for 11g
Onslaught Scroll and all other Scrolls Version VII can be sol to Npc for 10g
Charms Gearter Charms c for 8g
Campfire Purple Fire can be sold to NPC for 10g
Eclispe Potion Version V can be sold to NPC for 7g
Heavens Elixier can be sold to NPC for 1000g
Faster Crafting and Gathering Scroll removed can be sold for a few silver
U can craft now without Campfire and u craft with maximum speed all the time ( like if u used Faster Crafting Scroll)
If u want a specific Price just ask ^^
On EU i got Around 768k gold for only selling Consumables to NPC
Old IoD Token. You can still use them but u can only buy built in Items. WE on EU can buy MWA Box with 60 Token (Mid and High) but they removed the Box and put them in the new Token
This is weird. The regular mana potion is worth more than the regular health potion, but the health draught is worth way more than the mana draught?
Do you also gather at a faster speed now?
